Some notes for an essay on how XML data formats and the systems publishing/consuming them have an efficient natural system of evolution that is being disrupted by the recent surge of religion on how things should be done on the web.

Dag runs an extensive repository of packages for RPM based GNU/Linux distributions. There is constantly strife between his self-run, low-process methods of maintaining a repository of packages and those of the Fedora.us people.
